Do ye remember thon’ we hunter? Aye the Night Elf lad. Well, dae y’ken he’s in Outlands now? I know, who’d have thought! Seem’s hes doin’ well for himself, too.

Every time I update anything about Dryn he seems to have leapt a great deal forward - He’s now level 65 and has been out getting himself a new pet:

Since the last post where I was pondering which pet to get him, I’ve been won over by a particular two-headed carrion bird. Now, a number of sites had mentioned the fact that she’s immune to pretty much all crowd control and is a bit tougher than your average level 65 mob. Bugger, thought I, she’s going to be a pain to tame - Dryn’s only a squishy little baby-hunter. So, I grabbed myself some Fel Blossom, an Elixir of Fortitude and put on every piece of stamina equipment I could. I think I was sitting at around 7-7.5k hp by the time I was done. Yeah, I really needn’t have bothered - she doesn’t hit too hard and I was at 85% health at the end of the channel. The hardest bit was actually clearing up to her - I had to grab one of the nearby blue carrion birds to use as a pet temporarily.

So, now I have a new birdie to name. I was thinking Horizon but I’m not 100% sure yet. Any suggestions are welcome!

(I really wish they’d retain their in-world size when you got them.. hehe)
